Terms and conditions for using fan zoo services
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as 'Terms') stipulate the conditions for using the services (hereinafter referred to as 'Services') provided by fan zoo (hereinafter referred to as 'Company') on this website. Registered users (hereinafter referred to as 'Users') shall use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
Article 2 (User Registration)
User registration is completed when the applicant agrees to these Terms, applies for registration through the method specified by the Company, and the Company approves the application.
The Company may refuse to approve a registration application if it determines that the applicant falls under any of the following circumstances, and shall not be obligated to disclose the reasons:
- If false information is provided in the registration application
- If the application is from a person who has violated these Terms
- If the Company otherwise determines the registration to be inappropriate
Article 3 (User ID and Password Management)
Users shall properly manage their User ID and password for the Services at their own responsibility.
Users may not, under any circumstances, transfer or lend their User ID and password to third parties, or share them with third parties.
Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)
Users shall not engage in the following actions when using the Services:
- Actions that violate laws or public order
- Actions related to criminal activities
- Actions that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights contained in the Services
- Actions that destroy or interfere with the servers or networks of the Company, other users, or third parties
- Commercial use of information obtained through the Services
- Actions that may interfere with the operation of the Company's services
- Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
- Other actions deemed inappropriate by the Company
Article 5 (Suspension of Service)
The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Services without prior notice to Users if it determines that any of the following circumstances exist:
- When performing maintenance or updates on computer systems related to the Services
- When provision of the Services becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
- When computers or communication lines are stopped due to accidents
- When the Company otherwise determines that provision of the Services is difficult
